The members of staff at this College are paid according to Nationally published scales.
Teaching staff begin on the Main Scale (M1-M6 progressing one M scale each academic year until M6), then teachers can apply to go through the Threshold barrier to Upper Scale (U1, U2, U3) .
Additionally, teachers with increased responsibilities such as Assistant Heads, Curriculum and Pastoral Leaders can be paid an additional amount under the Teaching and Learning Responsibilities (TLR) scheme.
